Our original plan of remodeling our two bathrooms turned into taking down the popcorn ceilings, ripping out the floors and finishing the concrete with metallic polished epoxy, new baseboards, new paint throughout including new closet doors and door hardware, painting the kitchen cabinets, new... countertops and backsplash, taking out the kitchen pantry and installing floor to ceiling cabinets, new lighting, and remodeling the master and guest bathroom.
When Matt came to give us the quote, he thought it was just the bathrooms. Little did he know we changed our plans until I walked him through the house. After several meetings of our vision, and several proposals, because we kept coming up with different ideas, we were happy, but skeptical of their five-week proposal. We packed up our house of 26 years and moved it offsite. We lived with relatives and friends for the five weeks and would make it home on weekends to check on things and bring our son to work.
We can’t believe we totally trusted virtual strangers to take over our house. They respected our space like it was their own.
In our heads, we thought it would never happen in five weeks. However, Matt and Aaron were always on time. Their crews were also timely, our neighbors commenting how nice and considerate they were. We were kept up to date on the progress. When the tile we picked out for our guest bath had flaws, they were at the store, picking out choices for us. We made our decision over the phone through pictures, and we love it. Our floors had some hiccups but Matt and Aaron didn’t stop working on them with the contractor until they knew we would be happy.
Matt was very patient with my sometimes anxious decisions, sometimes indecisions, and need to see more. He understood my decision fatigue. He and Aaron always went above and beyond in trying to accomplish our vision. They gave great advice about what brands to buy and what stores to shop. Their bottom line is “we just want you to be happy!”
We were totally moved back into our new home in less than six weeks. A total shocker to us! We love our beautiful new home. Thank you so much, Matt and Aaron! We don’t think anyone else could have accomplished what you did.read more

It's rare when you can find ANY responsible contractor when you need one, it's a pleasure you actually DO find one and he turns out to be so professional.He answered our call almost immediately, he was at our home within the hour, he just happened to be in the area, he looked through a little... screwdriver sized hole in our wall and gave me a darned good estimation of the damage and the potential cost. He had a team who was punctual, worked diligently and as quietly as possible, confined the mess to the immediate area, got the work done in one work day, Aaron checked often on his team and ran errands for them as needed to be on schedule. They completed the work on time and left the house very clean. I was impressed and grateful.He was himself, personable but professional at all times, he was knowledgeable, accessable, honest (he told me the true price of a permit Lowes charged me Three times more for) he was back for the tiny bit of list punching that had to be done, the work passed the second time but only because the county inspector was wrong about what he saw....figures. Aaron's team had it right the first time.Not only was Aaron a true blessing for us as he solved a potentially horrible problem with our first prearranged installation , but he put us at our ease from the first and he kept all his promises. He's a lovely person and now I have a golden treasure....the name of a dependable, honest contractor to refer to or refer to others with total confidence. We’ve used I Am Home to remodel all three of our bathrooms. Matt and Aaron are super diligent and use very skilled tradesmen. We have been extremely satisfied with all their work. If another project crops up in the future, this is the company we’ll call.

Despite the minimal budget that Matt and Aaron were given by my landlords they have made the impossible, possible! After 8 months multiple contractors and headache after headache, I am now happy again. My master bathroom and closet look better than before.
Their crew has gone above and beyond my... expectations, correcting major mistakes from previous contractors. Doing extras for free as they were already on site!
Absolutely trustworthy to be left alone in your home without supervision. Extremely reliable and flexible on work schedule and hours, tailored to your availability.
If it was my house I would hire Matt and Aaron to re-do the entire house, hands down. No need to look any further if you have great people in your neighbourhood!read more

We have used I Am Home Inc. twice during the past year to help us update our home. The first time they framed in our sliding glass doors overlooking the pool and it really made the space pop!We liked their work so much, that we asked them to come back and install crown molding in our living... room.
