Alan W. Bathroom
Investment in Bathroom Remodel: $43,627.96
Alan’s bathroom had a wall separating his vanity and bathtub from his shower and toilet area. You had to walk in to the toilet area to take a shower and the shower was no longer able to be cleaned. It was a very awkward space and he decided to remove the tub entirely and make a large walk in shower. Alan wanted a more traditional and updated space.
We removed the bathtub and wall between the 2 rooms that made the bathroom feel awkward. We took the bathroom down to the studs and installed a new, more modern tile shower with a frameless rain glass shower enclosure, 2 shower heads, sink faucets, bench, his and hers vanities, new toilet, new vanity lights, vanity mirrors, new exhaust fan, new can lights, and new tile floors, as well as tile above the vanities to give it a more sophisticated look.
