Chris H. Kitchen

Investment in Kitchen Remodel: $7,586

Chris called us in to update his 3 bathrooms to get his house ready for him to sell. While we were doing those, he decided that the kitchen needed a refresh and asked us if we could paint his cabinets to help brighten up the space.

Painting cabinets is alot more complex than just rolling on some paint if you want it to stick. We use our complete cabinet painting process which includes:

• Gouges, holes, and seams will be properly filled where needed.
• All surfaces to be sanded, cleaned, and wiped before & after primer
applications.
• All surfaces will have 2 coats of sherwin williams shellac based primer
• All surfaces will have 3 coats of commercial grade waterborne acrylic polyurethane for top coat
• Doors to be properly reinstalled after refinished & hardware installed if applicable.
• Upon completion, touch up paint will be provided
• All materials will be supplied by contractor.
