Gary D. Bathroom

Investment in Bathroom Remodel: $33,974.12

Gary called us in to update his bathroom. He was tired of the wallpaper all over the walls and the carpet that went into the bathroom. He asked us to remove the tub entirely to open up the space and he would make a seating area to sit down while getting changed. He also did not like how enclosed his toilet area was and wanted to take down one of the walls to make it a knee wall.

We kept his shower in the same location but moved his plumbing to an interior wall so that if he ever had a leak, it would easily be accessible from the drywall side instead of having to bust out the new tile.

We installed new larger 12×24 tile in a vertical direction up the walls and continued it onto the floor. We installed a new frameless glass shower enclosure, niche, shower faucets, a his and hers vanity with undermount sinks and quartz countertops with new sink faucets, new vanity lights, mirrors, toilet, exhaust fan and can lights.
