Jim M. Kitchen

Investment in Kitchen Remodel: $67,558.96

Jim came to us for a full kitchen remodel. He had an open floor plan and so he quickly decided to do the ceilings and floors throughout his whole main living area. We removed the popcorn ceiling and did a knock down finish and removed the tile floors and installed new wood look tile and baseboards throughout.

He decided to remove the one wall that divided the kitchen from the rest of the house because he was tired of having to walk around his peninsula every time he wanted to get something from the kitchen. So we removed the wall and the knee wall peninsula and made a large island with back to back storage and a seating area. He wanted absolute black granite countertops with a stainless farmhouse sink and a new modern faucet. We updated his can lights, installed crown molding and painted throughout. He added on a barn door to match his cabinets in front of his pantry in place of the standard bifold doors.
