Jim S. bathroom AfterWhen the Smith’s called us, they had moved out of their master bedroom and had not even used their master bathroom in 2 years. Their master shower had a faulty pan and it was just easier to use other bathroom’s in the house while they saved up for their dream bathroom renovation.

They wanted a more modern sophisticated bathroom with whites, gray’s and blues. They asked if we could figure out how to give them more storage in the bathroom and improve the use of the storage in their closets. They also wanted a roll in shower with no curb and no door on the toilet area for easy access for a wheel chair and sturdy grab bars.

We were able to reconfigure the layout to give them a large roll in shower with linen storage on the back side and additional storage above their vanities for suitcases and other large items.

We moved the location of the shower and bathtub for easier access, built a linen closet, removed the door and walls that made the entrance to the toilet area feel tight and installed new tile on the walls, floor, and tub surround. We provided and installed a new vanity with quartz countertops, new toilet, undermount rectangle sinks, new sink faucets, and shower and tub faucets, new lighted mirrors, can lights, light switches, exhaust fan, new wood closet system, mirrored barn doors, and carpet for the master bedroom with new baseboards throughout.
