Traci’s realtor called us to help her remodel her kitchen as affordably as possible to help her sell her house for as much as possible. We recommended that she paint out her kitchen cabinets, install more modern knobs and replace the backsplash with something more updated. She agreed to all of these things and added on replacing the countertops and the floors in the kitchen with vinyl floors.

We helped her keep the price down on the countertops by selecting level 1 granite and using an affordable subway tile for the backsplash with a contrasting grout.
